Linda and Ron moved from Cherry Point to Linda's parent's old home. The house and property are being completely renovated. Here are some photos to follow the many weeks/months of work involved.
The original home was built by Linda's father in 1967. It was on the property of a private hunting lodge and the foundation of the lodge and quite a bit of the beautiful old timber was used in the building of the 1967 home. The new house will retain it's original shape and room size, with an additional bathroom and new decks/porches and some reworking of the roof style. Many plants and flowers were brought from their Cherry Point garden and are waiting for the landscaping before planting. If it turns out to be anything like their gardens at Cherry Point, this new home will be surrounded by fabulous landscaping, flowers and garden ornaments.
